7I27ze Excellent article, I will take note. Many thanks for the story!
Wendy St. Clair Pearson – in a word – ROCKS. After spending hours upon hours searching for a way to eliminated the white background from buttons I’d created in PowerPoint (2007) for use in my website, I got lucky and stumbled upon Wendy’s site. Remember now, hours upon hours of searching, plus countless hours of trail-and-error trying to do it m’self.
Wendy’s video showed me – in under three minutes – how to do it. Yep, under three minutes! The key was “insert smart art”. Microsoft never told me this. Google (ultimately) did, but only after I found Wendy’s site. She even included a “How To” video.
Awesome? It’s an understatement. Microsoft should be paying her a royalty.
For her to thoughtfully lay out the process – in a video, no less – is simply remarkable. WOW, am I ever grateful.
Wendy, not sure if you’ll ever see this, but I hope you do. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
Signed,
A guy who can now use PowerPoint to make slick buttons WITHOUT the white border (when I paste them to my website.
THANK YOU!!!
Thanks Mark
